From lo-fi to hi-fi

No matter what type of project we get involved in, we always approach work iteratively. This means we move gradually from lo-fi sketches to hi-fi prototypes so we can explore more ideas. Iterative design leads to better products and services over time, especially in innovation projects where we often need to adapt to feedback from early customers. This iterative approach also applies to marketing and communication. Just like design, marketing also needs to adjust over time, from lo-fi explorations to hi-fi campaigns.

Advagym is a solution that helps gyms give better feedback to their customers by connecting sensors to gym equipment. We designed the first version of the Advagym app, as well as all of their videos. This type of project goes through many different phases of design and development, which means we assisted the team through several iterations. The promo video above is the fourth version that we’ve created for Advagym. Earlier, lo-fi versions of this video were used to sell in pilot projects as well as to explore different design directions, such as watches, magnets and dashboards.
